What Carwosh is

Carwosh is a subscription platform for car wash and laundry businesses. It provides a queue and order management board, customer notifications via WhatsApp and SMS, washer payout tracking, and loyalty tools. The platform supports vehicle wash queues and laundry operations — carpets, sofas, curtains, and similar items — within the same workspace. These terms apply to everyone who creates an account and uses the platform.

By signing up, you confirm that you are using Carwosh for a legitimate car wash business and that you are authorised to create an account on behalf of that business.

Free trial

New accounts include a 7-day free trial. During this period, you have access to all platform features at no charge. No payment details are required to start a trial.

At the end of the trial period, continued use requires a subscription. We will contact you by email to discuss the right plan before your trial ends. There is no automatic charge.

Subscription plans

Carwosh currently offers two plans:

• Pro — KES 1,500/month: For single-location wash bays. Includes all core features — queue management, customer notifications, washer payouts, and the lounge board.
• Team — KES 3,000/month: For operations with multiple staff login requirements and extended access controls.

Subscriptions are invoiced manually. We will send an invoice to the email on your account at the agreed billing interval. There is no automatic card charge or direct debit.

Pricing may change over time. We will give you reasonable notice of any increase before it takes effect.

What you can do with Carwosh

You can use Carwosh to run the day-to-day operations of your car wash business — checking in vehicles, managing the queue, notifying customers, logging washer work, and tracking repeat visits.

You may create accounts for your staff and assign them the appropriate access levels. You are responsible for how your staff use the platform.

What we expect from you

Carwosh is built for car wash operations. You agree to use it for that purpose and not to misuse the platform in ways that harm other users, our infrastructure, or your customers.

Specifically, you agree not to:

• Use Carwosh to send unsolicited bulk messages to phone numbers collected through the platform.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform in ways not supported by the interface.
• Share login credentials across multiple businesses or individuals not associated with your wash.

Your customers' data

When you record a customer's number plate or phone number in Carwosh, you are acting as the data controller for that information. You are responsible for ensuring your customers know their details are being recorded and that they may receive notifications when their car is ready.

Carwosh processes this data on your behalf to deliver the notification and loyalty features. We do not use your customers' data for any other purpose.

Service availability

We work to keep Carwosh available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, infrastructure issues, or events outside our control may cause temporary downtime.

The lounge board at your display URL is intended to run continuously during business hours. If you experience persistent availability issues, contact us and we will investigate promptly.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation, your workspace and data remain accessible until the end of your current billing period.

We do not offer refunds for unused subscription time. If you cancel mid-period and believe a refund is warranted, contact us and we will consider it on a case-by-case basis.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, we will notify you by email before they take effect. Continued use of Carwosh after that date means you accept the updated terms.
