What Carwosh is

Carwosh is operations software for car wash and laundry businesses, billed on the revenue you process each month. It provides a queue and order management board, customer notifications via WhatsApp and SMS, washer payout tracking, and loyalty tools. The platform supports vehicle wash queues and laundry operations (carpets, sofas, curtains, and similar items) within the same workspace. These terms apply to everyone who creates an account and uses the platform.

By signing up, you confirm that you are using Carwosh for a legitimate car wash business and that you are authorised to create an account on behalf of that business.

How billing works

There is no subscription fee. The first KES 15,000 of revenue you process each month is free, full access to the board, notifications, and payout tracking included. Above that, Carwosh takes a percentage of revenue processed, and the rate drops as your volume grows:

• KES 0 - 15,000: free
• KES 15,000 - 150,000: 1.7%
• KES 150,000 - 450,000: 1.3%
• KES 450,000+: 1.0%

This applies the same way whether the revenue came from car washes, laundry orders, or a mix, and whether messages are sent from Carwosh's WhatsApp number or one you've connected yourself.

We invoice you by email once the month closes, for what was actually processed. There is no automatic card charge, no contract, and no monthly minimum.

The fee schedule above may change over time. We will give you reasonable notice before any change takes effect.

What you can do with Carwosh

You can use Carwosh to run the day-to-day operations of your car wash business: checking in vehicles, managing the queue, notifying customers, logging washer work, and tracking repeat visits.

You may create accounts for your staff and assign them the appropriate access levels. You are responsible for how your staff use the platform.

What we expect from you

Carwosh is built for car wash operations. You agree to use it for that purpose and not to misuse the platform in ways that harm other users, our infrastructure, or your customers.

Specifically, you agree not to:

• Use Carwosh to send unsolicited bulk messages to phone numbers collected through the platform.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform in ways not supported by the interface.
• Share login credentials across multiple businesses or individuals not associated with your wash.

Your customers' data

When you record a customer's number plate or phone number in Carwosh, you are acting as the data controller for that information. You are responsible for ensuring your customers know their details are being recorded and that they may receive notifications when their car is ready.

Carwosh processes this data on your behalf to deliver the notification and loyalty features. We do not use your customers' data for any other purpose.

Service availability

We work to keep Carwosh available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, infrastructure issues, or events outside our control may cause temporary downtime.

The lounge board at your display URL is intended to run continuously during business hours. If you experience persistent availability issues, contact us and we will investigate promptly.

Stopping

There is no contract and no minimum term. You can stop using Carwosh at any time; there is no cancellation form to fill in. If you stop processing jobs, that month's invoice reflects zero fee.

Your workspace and historical data remain accessible after you stop actively using it. If you want your data removed, contact us.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, we will notify you by email before they take effect. Continued use of Carwosh after that date means you accept the updated terms.
